Quick Fixes for Common Albert Issues
Audience: All Albert users · Goal: Quickly resolve login, loading, and display issues.
This article helps you troubleshoot common Albert issues like login loops, missing buttons, slow performance, or failed downloads. Most problems can be resolved in a few minutes.

1. System Requirements
Make sure your device meets the minimum setup for using Albert effectively:
Processor: Intel i5 (Dual Core) or equivalent
RAM: 16 GB (with at least 4 GB free)
Storage: 10 GB free disk space
Screen Resolution: Minimum 1080p (1920 × 1080 recommended)
Operating System:
Windows 10 or newer
macOS (latest two versions)
Modern Linux distributions
Internet: Stable connection (5–10 Mbps+)
2. Supported Browsers
Using an updated browser helps avoid UI glitches and performance issues.
Recommended (desktop):
Google Chrome
Microsoft Edge
Safari (macOS only)
On iPad / tablets:
Safari
Chrome
Not supported: Internet Explorer or outdated browsers.
3. Network Requirements
Check these if pages spin, buttons don’t work, or downloads fail:
What you need:
Stable internet (5–10 Mbps+)
HTTPS access to Albert
VPN or proxy should not block traffic
Access to ALBERT
If you're in a restricted region:
Switch networks (e.g., hotspot or home Wi-Fi)
Turn off VPN if allowed
Support may ask for a HAR file
4. Basic Troubleshooting Steps (A–F)
A. Reset your browser zoom
Chrome/Edge: Ctrl + 0 (Windows) / Cmd + 0 (Mac)
Set zoom to 100%
B. Clear your browser cache and cookies
Open browser menu
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security
Select Clear browsing data
Clear: Cookies and site data, Cached images and files
Restart your browser
C. Try Incognito / Private Mode
Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Safari: File → New Private Window
D. Turn off browser extensions
Disable all extensions
Refresh Albert
Re-enable one by one to isolate the issue
E. Try another network
Use mobile hotspot, guest Wi-Fi, or home internet. If Albert works, your office network may be blocking traffic.
For IT:
Allow
*.albertinvent.comEnable secure web traffic (HTTPS) to Albert (port 443)
F. Restart your browser or device
This often resolves temporary glitches after updates.
5. Login & SSO Troubleshooting
If you’re stuck in a login loop:
Clear cookies and cache
Try incognito/private mode
Ensure cookies are enabled
If you use SSO:
Use your correct company email
Ensure you’ve been granted access
Allow pop-ups and redirects
Try another network if VPN blocks authentication
Blank white screen:
Disable extensions
Clear cache
Try incognito/private mode
6. When Support May Ask for a HAR File
A HAR file helps us investigate issues like:
Download failures
Endless loading screens
Network or timeout errors
Problems only on certain networks

Your browser is up to date
