  • Microsoft Edge

  • Safari (macOS only)

On iPad / tablets:

Not supported: Internet Explorer or outdated browsers.

3. Network Requirements

Check these if pages spin, buttons don’t work, or downloads fail:

What you need:

  • Stable internet (5–10 Mbps+)

  • HTTPS access to Albert

  • VPN or proxy should not block traffic

  • Access to ALBERT

If you're in a restricted region:

  • Switch networks (e.g., hotspot or home Wi-Fi)

  • Turn off VPN if allowed

  • Support may ask for a HAR file

4. Basic Troubleshooting Steps (A–F)

A. Reset your browser zoom

  • Chrome/Edge: Ctrl + 0 (Windows) / Cmd + 0 (Mac)

  • Set zoom to 100%

B. Clear your browser cache and cookies

  1. Open browser menu

  2. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security

  3. Select Clear browsing data

  4. Clear: Cookies and site data, Cached images and files

  5. Restart your browser

C. Try Incognito / Private Mode

  • Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N

  • Safari: File → New Private Window

D. Turn off browser extensions

  • Disable all extensions

  • Refresh Albert

  • Re-enable one by one to isolate the issue

E. Try another network

Use mobile hotspot, guest Wi-Fi, or home internet. If Albert works, your office network may be blocking traffic.

For IT:

  • Allow *.albertinvent.com

  • Enable secure web traffic (HTTPS) to Albert (port 443)

F. Restart your browser or device

This often resolves temporary glitches after updates.

5. Login & SSO Troubleshooting

If you’re stuck in a login loop:

  • Clear cookies and cache

  • Try incognito/private mode

  • Ensure cookies are enabled

If you use SSO:

  • Use your correct company email

  • Ensure you’ve been granted access

  • Allow pop-ups and redirects

  • Try another network if VPN blocks authentication

Blank white screen:
