Mobile App - Tasks

The Albert mobile application is available on both iOS and Android devices. The Albert mobile application contains lightweight capabilities of our web application such as viewing tasks and inventory management through features like SDS Scanning, Inventory Transfer, Inventory Adjustment, and Barcode Scanning.

Tasks Module

To see Tasks in the Mobile App, click on the Tasks module at the bottom of the screen. From there, users can view and filter tasks by clicking into the desired list. The choices are:

  • Unclaimed Tasks
  • Assigned to me
  • Created by me
  • Needs Review
  • View All Tasks

To open a Task, click on any of the lists to view the Tasks associated, and then select the Task accordingly. Once inside a specific Task, users can view Details, add and view Notes, and view Parameter Groups associated with the Task.

Parameter Groups Tab

The Task Parameter Groups Tab is used to view Parameter Groups associated with a Task. The Parameter Groups tab is also where timers can be set (both custom timers or if time is a parameter in the Task). If time is Parameter in the Parameter Group, open up the Parameter Group details by clicking on it, then click START next to the associated parameter to begin the timer. The timer will automatically download a Calendar notification to the phone and will notify when the timer is complete. For more information on timers in the mobile app, please go to this help article.
