Welcome to the Worksheet! The Worksheet is packed with capabilities so you can manage and organize your data more effectively than ever before.
Results Grid
The Results Grid allows you to perform analysis and view all of the Property Tasks and data you've created for a given Project within the grid experience. Some of the functions you can perform in the Results Grid:
- Enter results into the Data Template
- Expand row to view all result
- Hover to duplicate Tasks
- Click on count of tasks to view Task Popover
- Rearrange rows - can make viewing experience more custom
Each Property Task assigned for that Project will show up in individual rows (if you duplicate tasks using the same data templates and parameter groups with all values being the same, they will share a row across multiple products). Expanding each row from the arrow on the left side will display the Data Template for each test in the Property Task.
Entering Results Directly into the Worksheet
With the new Worksheet functionality, you are able to directly enter and view Results in the Results grid. The entered values are able to be analyzed in reports similar to how the Data Template functionality works currently.
To create editable rows in the Worksheet to enter Results into, a Property Task must first be created with the Data Templates with which you want to appear in the Worksheet. Creating Property Tasks will automatically sync the Results rows into the Results section. Once the rows are generated, data can be inputted inline to the grid.
The editable Results Rows in the Worksheet correspond to the data columns from the Data Templates.
Property Tasks in the Results grid take the following format:
- Task Name in the Parent Row (can edit!)
- Data Template(s) with Data Columns from the Data Template(s) in the Child Rows
- Comments for any notes on the Results
Once a Property Task is generated, there will be a "x Tasks" populated in the Results section correlating to the number of Tasks created for that Product / Formula with the specified Parameter Groups and Data Templates.
However, any other Product / Formula being tested with the same parameters can have data inputted without a new Property Task having to be created for each. Property Tasks can still be created for these columns with data inputted into the Data Templates, and the inputted values will automatically sync with the Results grid in the Worksheet. Any completed Property Task with the Data Template filled out will automatically sync to the Results grid and will overwrite any previous data entered.
The example below shows what a completed Property Task with the Data Template filled out looks like and the representation of how it looks in the Worksheet.
Interval data can also be inputted straight into the Results Grid, and appears in the Worksheet accordingly.
Task Popover
From the Results grid, you can view Property Task details associated with the Product / Formula by clicking Click to expand details on the Task(s). You can then open the task in another tab by clicking View Task from the popup.
Task Duplication
From the Results grid, you can duplicate any Property Task associated with the Product / Formula. This allows for easier workflows since it can all be done from within the Worksheet.
After duplication, the task pop-up will appear where you input all of the new task details. To create, click the Create button on the bottom right of the pop-up.
