How to Access Albert Learning Lab

Albert Learning Lab is an online, interactive and self-guided training experience that allows you to learn about Albert's features and functionality at your own pace.

To access the Albert Learning Lab, sign into your Albert account. Once you're logged in, click on your initials in the top right corner and select "Visit Learning Lab."

This will open up Albert Learning Lab in a new screen. From here, you can review Albert Basics to learn about Albert's core functionality, or you can navigate to more advanced topics if you're a seasoned user.
